We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  
• Process: Once your return is shipped back to our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund.
  
• Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after inspection is complete.
  

Please note that lipsticks are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Items not meeting the above conditions may also not be eligible for a refund.
