Shipping:

Orders typically process and ship within 1-3 business days. Orders may take 10-14 business days to arrive pending clearance in your country. Please ensure the correct email address and phone number are included at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding shipping and tracking information.

Orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. may be required tax and duty payments upon delivery. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by Luc Kieffer Paris.

Lost Packages:

Please select Route Package Protection at checkout to insure your order. Without this package protection, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your order after it has been shipped, please contact UPS or FedEx for assistance.

Once a package leaves Luc Kieffer Paris, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information, or delivery confirmation and will not refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft. We appreciate your understanding.
